Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement
Please read these Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before registering for the  cloudibot social service platform ("Service") or joining a free or paid service.

By completing the registration of individual members or using the services on this site, you have read and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement and related activities, agree to abide by the relevant specifications, and have accepted that the platform of Party A may be due to third parties. The social media platform is constantly updated or guarded against force majeure factors, resulting in some services not working. Party B is aware that it will not be able to request a refund.

Please read this agreement carefully before using this product.

If you agree to all of the terms of this End-User License Agreement, by checking the box or clicking the button to confirm your acceptance when you first use the web application, you are agreeing to all the terms of this agreement. Also, By Registering as  cloudibot's member, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement, you are agreeing to all the terms of this agreement.

1. Definitions

 cloudibot: The owner and operator of the Service.
Member: An individual who has registered for the Service.
Service: The social media platform and all related services provided by  cloudibot.
Content: Any information, data, text, images, videos, or other materials that you upload, post, or share on the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Service.

3. Modifications to Terms

 cloudibot may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. If  cloudibot makes any material changes to this Agreement,  cloudibot will notify you by email or through a notification on the Service. If you continue to use the Service after  cloudibot has made changes to this Agreement, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.

4. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive. You may not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content on the Service without the express written consent of  cloudibot.

6. Privacy

 cloudibot collects and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."  cloudibot MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE.  cloudibot DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
